My journey of self-discovery started in 2016. After 12 successful years in the fast paced fashion industry I experienced severe burn out and was also diagnosed ADHD. This led me to seek the guidance of a Life Coach as part of my therapy and it was through this experience that I was able to unpack and process the events that led to my breaking point. It was from this space that I began to grow and change into a more stable, grateful and resilient person.
What are Life Skills and who can benefit?
Life skills are the skills we need to deal effectively with the challenges in everyday life, whether at school, at work or in our personal lives.
We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they really want. Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so.
Life skills coaching can help everybody to be the best version of themselves. Our coaching benefits those suffering from, amongst others, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction and ADHD.

Coaching
I offer ADHD coaching to individuals who are struggling to cope with ADHD. Being ADHD myself I have a deeper and better understanding of the coping and managing strategies when it comes to ADHD

Group
Sessions
Group sessions are great for corporates or teams of individuals who need to work or train together. The groups sessions are workshops and team building sessions aimed at getting the most our of each team member.

Couples
Program
The couples program helps couple to align on beliefs and values, expectations, improving communication skills, dealing with assertiveness in relationships and understanding different personality types.
